In the ever-evolving landscape of today's world, Gen Z stands out as a generation brimming with curiosity and boundless energy. They do anything, go anywhere, and associate with anyone, embracing the diverse tapestry of life with open arms. 
While their world is full of distractions, it is also full of opportunities. We can channel their enthusiasm and potential to create true superstars with the right guidance and support.

In 2019, we hosted a conference that brought together youth and students from various neighbouring schools. The event had a lasting impact, leading to the admission of three young men into the StarLab Academy Internship programme that September. They began with curiosity and zeal, unaware of "the destiny that awaited them". Starting with our Talent Discovery session using PowerPoint, they soon delved into advanced design software.
Nice Akao showed great potential in manipulation, photography, and cinematography. Victor Anah excelled in vectors, graphics, and motion graphics. Farouq Shuaib, an intelligent and promising individual, thrived in UI/UX, web design, and programming. By 2020, they were already becoming geniuses in their respective fields.

The pinnacle of their success came in 2021 with the rebranding and relaunch of Kescreative Multimedia. Under the management and supervision of Peace Adeola, these three super-geniuses made their first millions in less than six months with the renewed Kescreative brand. Today, in 2024, Nice Akao is a successful cinematographer in the multimedia industry, Victor Anah is a motion graphics designer, and Farouq Shuaib is a product designer.
